Membership at Cadence is access to the system — not a bundle of random services. Clear, credit-based, consistent. Built for people who show up with intention.
Most wellness memberships reward quantity — use more, get more. Cadence is built on consistency. Credits encourage intentional use without creating pressure to consume. The system works when you work it — not when you accumulate sessions.
| Modality | Credits |
|---|---|
| Cold Plunge | 1 credit |
| Infrared Sauna | 1 credit |
| Compression Therapy | 1 credit |
| Flow Gym / Movement Access | 1 credit |
| Sound Lounge | 1 credit |
| Guided Thermal Reset | 2 credits |
| Integrated Recovery Session | 2 credits |
Clinical therapy sessions are billed separately and are not included in membership credits.
Access to one modality of your choice, self-directed.
Protocol-led session with oversight and system integration.
Unused credits from any given month may roll over for one additional month. They do not accumulate indefinitely — and that is by design.
Cadence is built on consistency, not consumption. The rollover policy acknowledges that life interrupts — travel, illness, demanding weeks. One month of carryover keeps momentum without rewarding inconsistency or penalizing real-world disruption.
After the rollover month, unused credits expire. The system is designed to move forward — with you in it.
Month 1: Receive 8 credits. Use 6. 2 credits remain.
Month 2: Receive 8 new credits + 2 rolled over = 10 available.
Month 3: Any remaining rolled-over credits from Month 1 expire. New cycle begins.
Membership makes the most sense for clients who are actively working within the Cadence framework — using recovery modalities as part of a deliberate, sequenced approach.
If you are working with Jason clinically, membership provides seamless access to the recovery tools that support your therapy work — without friction, without separate booking for each session.
Not every Cadence member is in active therapy. Some come for the recovery and performance modalities alone. Membership gives structured, consistent access to the full tool set.
Clients who have moved through the clinical phases and reached Agency may use membership as their ongoing maintenance structure — keeping rhythm through deliberate, consistent practice.
"Membership is access to the system, not a subscription to random services. You decide what you need. The credits give you the flexibility to use it."
Start with a conversation. We'll identify the right entry point into the system and determine whether membership or a different access structure makes the most sense for you.
