Cadence Recovery Lab
Danbury, Connecticut
Recovery should be
part of the plan.
The Cadence Recovery Lab gives veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, executives, and others working under sustained pressure a private place to reset, recover, and reconnect.
You train to perform.
Now train to recover.
High-stress work asks the nervous system to stay ready long after the shift, call, mission, or workday ends.
The Cadence Recovery Lab provides structured access to recovery tools, guided support, and a community that understands the demands of high-pressure work.
This is not about escaping responsibility. It is about building the capacity to return to it with greater clarity, energy, and control.

Built by someone
who understands the work.
Cadence Wellness was created by Jason Culbreth, LPC, a U.S. Navy combat veteran and retired career firefighter.
His clinical work and lived experience shaped a recovery environment for people who are accustomed to carrying responsibility, staying ready, and pushing through.
The goal is simple: help people recover before stress, isolation, exhaustion, and accumulated strain begin controlling their lives.
